Does MYPÜKA require foundations?
No. It is installed without permanent foundations on a prepared surface, and can be removed or relocated without permanent construction work.
How long does installation take?
According to the technical datasheets, the structure deploys in 3’–5’ for the 20 m² models and 8’–12’ for the family models, with no heavy machinery. Interior fit-out follows.
What permits are required?
It depends on each country’s and municipality’s regulations. MYPÜKA is a reversible, foundation-free asset, but compliance is validated project by project with the operator.
How is it repaired?
The system is modular: damaged components are replaced module by module without replacing the whole unit. Under the asset programme we can take care of maintenance.
What is the expected lifespan?
It is designed as a long-life asset: with scheduled maintenance and component replacement, the unit is upgraded rather than replaced. Includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can we start with a pilot project?
Yes. Most operators start with a few units on target pitches, measure ADR, occupancy and payback, then scale up.
What does the pitch need?
It depends on the model and ground type. The aim is to install with minimal intervention; the technical study defines the minimum preparation needed.
What are the lead times?
Around 90 days from order confirmation. For larger roll-outs we plan production to be ready for the season.
How is it different from a bungalow or a glamping tent?
It is neither a tent nor a prefab. It is a Flex Lodging System: an insulated rigid-wall air structure, set up in minutes, with reversible architecture, designed for hospitality operations.
How well is it insulated?
The walls are double-layer dropstitch fabric with an 8–10 cm structural air core, providing rigidity and thermal insulation.
Can it be added to an existing site?
Yes. It is designed to be installed at operating campsites and resorts, on pitches that currently underperform.
Can it scale across several properties?
Yes. Many operators start with a pilot and, once validated, roll it out across their group.
